Jovan Mirković, former driver of the alleged leader of the Kavač clan Slobodan Kašćelan, linked the Albanian from Kosovo and Metohija Bajram Pista with that organized criminal group that, he claims, asked him to liquidate Budva Marko Ljubiša Kan, Goran Slovinić Brala, journalist Olivera Lakić …

According to the Montenegrin daily Vijesti, Pista, a protected witness of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, said so at the hearing before the special prosecutor Natasa Boskovic.

The track was stopped on April 29, 2019, when it was announced that it had arrived in Budva with the intention of liquidating Budvanin, who is listed as an interesting security person. He then claimed that he did not want to kill anyone but to buy weapons, but in the middle of last year he allegedly decided to confess everything to investigators.

In front of the special prosecutor at the end of October last year, an Albanian from Orahovac claimed that members of the Kavač clan in Spuška prison had told him about the murders and attempted murders for which they were responsible, but also that they were planning the murder. by Ivan Vukotić from Cetinje, Biljana Mančić from Belgrade. From a prison in Kosovo, he set fire to Ranko Radulović’s hut, killed an anonymous man in prison, wounded Dragan Roganović and had the support of Duško Roganović’s family.

The news reports that Pista also explained how the Kavča people in prison celebrated the attempted murder of Kan and Slovinić and the placing of explosives in the vehicle of Miloš Mančić’s wife.

According to the allegations, Ivan Vukotić, a close relative of Kotoran Jovan and Igor Vukotić, was to be killed by the same team suspected of liquidating Bogdan Milić, and Radovan Mujović asked Pista to kill Mančić to harm her husband Miloš because he testified against a group of niksic citizens. .

He claims that they offered 200,000 euros for the murder of journalist Olivera Lakić because “he saw a notebook”.

Anger for murder

Pista said he met Mirkovic in Kosovo in late August 2016. They were connected by an anonymous Albanian when Pista was transporting drugs at the time.

– I have made combinations with Mirković several times regarding the transport of drugs for mutual satisfaction, and especially the tracking of tanks with drugs for the passage to Merdare. I always paid my price for services on a regular basis, Pista said.

According to Vijesti, the protected witness said that Mirković called him once to ask to see him because he worked in Budva.

– We enter the cafe in the part where there is no video surveillance. Then he asked me if I would like to earn a lot of money in a short time and if it would make him angry. I tell him: “I am Albanian, you are a Serb, how can we be angry?” After that, she took the gun out of her bag and said that we would anger each other in a slightly different way. He takes out two bullets from the pistol magazine and says: “One is for you, the other for me. Whoever betrays me, you will kill me, I will kill you.” That way, he and I got angry – said Pista.

Kašćelan received him in prison.

In Spuška Prison, Pista allegedly learned from members of the Kavač clan that Mirković was driving Kašćelan while he was in Novi Sad, but also that “Stari was satisfied with him” because he was silent.

It is alleged that Kašćelan once, while walking, raised his thumb in greeting, but also because everything was fine.

Mirkovic introduced him to Aco Stevanovic a little later. Pista and Stevanović then came to Montenegro via the Božaj junction summer 2018. He alleges that they stopped and entered a restaurant on the road between Podgorica and Cetinje to wait for a man.

– I find out that it is Nikola Drecun we have to take to Budva to commit a murder. The next day, we will follow the person who must finish and walk through Budva, the witness claims, adding that it was then that he first heard that Khan should be killed.

He told investigators that he realized that Drecun was unreliable. He said he felt unsafe and asked Mirkovic through the crypt to provide him with a gun and 5,000 euros for food and accommodation for Stevanovic and himself.

He said that they communicated with Žilet via an encrypted phone, and there were also contacts with Detlić, Fabrika and Produkcija. It seems only after the arrest did he learn that it was Vasilije Rafailović, that Detlić was Petar Lipovina and that Kašćelan had the nickname Stari.

Through the contact, Detlić received a message that “Mali will bring 5,000 euros”, after which Drecun brought money.

A kilo of cocaine and 50,000 euros for murder

He claims that Drecun told them after a few days of stalking that Khan would be at the hair salon tomorrow, but that he did not show up, so he cursed Mirković with his messages. Mirkovic then offered to kill Khan “because Drecun obviously can’t.”

He said that he was in a dilemma because he did not know the details, but that he needed the money, so he decided to “take it away.”

“Mirković tells me I’m going to get a kilo of cocaine and 50,000 euros for the murder,” said Pista.

He said that in the days that followed they chased Kana around Budva.

– So Aco and I look for Kana in Budva, but we can’t find him. Aco then tells me that this Khan is not an ordinary man, that he is rich and dangerous and that he feels when he is followed and pursued. When I followed that black jeep, I managed to take a picture of Khan, because he went to a house in Sveti Stefan. I filmed him parking upside down, to justify himself, because I could have shot him, but he had no weapon. My chance was to shoot when his little son opened the car door for him. Since he had no weapon, he couldn’t even commit murder. I wrote to Mirkovic that all this is leading nowhere. He convinces me to stay in Budva, but I tell him I’m going back to Kosovo – said Pista.

He also explained in detail where and when, a year later, Slovinić was supposed to be killed, but also that Khan was the Kavač clan’s target that year as well.

Explaining the planning of Kan’s assassination, Pista said he decided to tell it all after seeing that the Kavča people had left him high and dry when “Drecun told everything.”
