In the courtroom, where journalists were not allowed due to their size, but also the MUP member who provides security to Rada Trajković, it was quite stormy, so at one point Judge Aleksandra Leković had to warn the participants in the process not to throw themselves at each other. In one word.

During the court hearing, Radoičić pointed out that the defendant took every opportunity to speak about him as a criminal, drug dealer and participant in the murder of Oliver Ivanović.

These statements, he said, caused him great harm, so he had to stop the business he had been doing in Kosovo until then.

“My immediate environment, that is, my children, was also affected by this, so one day I found at home the Danas newspaper, which my son bought and in which it was written on the front page that I was a criminal and a mobster with my photo and the defendant’s photo. The children were then 7, 12 and 17 years old and they came home crying from school because the children made fun of them for these accusations, “said Radoicic, noting that at that time he was not actively involved in politics and who became the vice president of the Serbian List. in June 2018

In response to the court’s question, Radoicic said that he had not received any accusations, either from the Serbian or Kosovo investigative bodies, and that, as far as he knew, he was not included in any investigation.

He admitted that he had read about it in the media, but also specified that nothing had ever been delivered to him.

In particular, he stressed that he was unaware that an international arrest warrant had been issued and that he had traveled abroad without problems.

Rada Trajković pointed out in court that the statements about Radoičić’s involvement in the murder were based on the conversation he had with Oliver Ivanović immediately prior to that crime.

He then told him that he was under great pressure and that Radoičić and the people he gathered threatened him.

“For all that, I firmly believe that the prosecutor is involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic here, and I believe that he should prove his innocence before the Kosovo judicial authorities, by being available and participating in that procedure, and not by means of a polygraph in Belgrade.” . After giving these statements, I also had an idea of the official document of the Kosovo Public Prosecutor’s Office, which accused the Prosecutor of participating in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic and other criminal acts, but this procedure cannot be carried out according to its law without the presence of the accused. outside the territory of Kosovo since the search of his house was carried out, “said Trajković.

He added that he received other complaints that Radoicic was the leader of the Serbian mafia, who decides on life and death, from people in Kosovo “who live in constant fear of the prosecutor.”

Trajković refused to respond to questions from Radoičić’s lawyer, Goran Petronijević, claiming that he repeatedly told falsehoods in the media.

His lawyer, Vladimir Gajić, proposed to the court to obtain the Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office documents that Trajković spoke of, as well as the BIA document listing Milan Radoičić’s criminal actions.

After the hearing, Rada Trajković told reporters that she did not feel threatened, but on the contrary, that she felt dominant “because she is defending a man who was killed in the back with six bullets.”

As he affirmed, he is doing everything possible so that citizens do not repress this crime, and for that reason he is exposing himself to being “sued by people who fled the bodies that process this crime.”

Radoicic, for his part, said in a brief statement that Rada Trajkovic made statements about him because the Serbian List, of which he is vice president, received 52,000 votes, while Rada Trajkovic received 240.

He declined to answer questions about his involvement in the Ivanovic murder.

It should be recalled that he demanded five million dinars from Rade Trajković due to reputational violations and parts of the lawsuit. The next hearing is scheduled for March 29 of next year.

Protection against the president’s statement

Judge Aleksandra Lekovic did not allow lawyer Vladimir Gajic, representing Rada Trajkovic, to ask during the hearing if he was given a police escort after Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and the then head of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said in a press conference that five Serbs ordered the arrest for their testimony. Unable to answer that question, Rada Trajković noted that the Interior Ministry’s security determination “relates to the statements that are the subject of this procedure.” He also stressed that, after the speech of the president of Serbia, he received an offer from the representatives of the diplomatic corps to provide him with protection, believing that he was in danger.
