The President of the Union of Physicians and Pharmacists, Rade Panić, filed a private lawsuit against the President of Serbia as a citizen due to, he claimed, damage to reputation and parts. Panic says Vucic accused him at least twice of destroying the healthcare system and betraying the country. Responding to that demand, the president said that he would gladly confirm everything he said, because he did not insult, but, as he explains, exposed the facts. Vučić reiterated today that Panić is only dealing with the overthrow of the state.

The president’s words did not act as anesthesia, because anesthesiologist Rade Panic said he felt pain when he saw and heard Vucic on public media, first in July and then recently at a tank show in Nis.

“As an anesthesiologist, I would probably have been abroad a long time ago, given the living conditions here and here, if I weren’t a patriot. The fact that someone, including the president, said that I was destroying the state and the healthcare system it’s a serious insult and something my cheek can’t take, “said Panic.

Panic reiterated once again that the government is manipulating the number of people infected and dying from the coronavirus, hiding the real situation in health institutions and keeping secret data on the price of the purchased equipment, which was paid by citizens.

“I strongly endorse the fact that everything I do and everything we do is based on field data, which is pure truth and reduced to what the real situation is, and I am willing to prove it. I call on the president to prove it. back up their words, “says Panić.

“I really don’t know how many lawsuits have been filed against me and they all brag about it and say that I shouldn’t have come to trial, and I imagine that I go once and not go another, maybe when I choose who will be my important opponent, so lift it up a bit, have two points here and not one, ”Vučić replied.

In addition to that rating assessment, the president added that he presented the facts, that he did not insult Panić, but spoke about him with exceptional kindness.

“Vucic will go down like Al Capone because of the respirator, well, and now if I told him he couldn’t wear burek in the Al Capone movies, let alone ice cream or something else, he would say I insulted him, and I would never tell him that and I will never tell him … And the only thing a man does is overthrow his country and they are very happy for him in Croatia, Sarajevo, when he announces something like that, ”said the President of Serbia.

By the way, Panić explained that he came to the Second First Instance Court as a citizen, that the claim is private, that it has nothing to do with the union and that his testimony in this regard must at least be registered in court.
