Nogo told the Beta agency that he announced today’s protest for “the first day that the state of emergency will be lifted” in Serbia, presented on March 15 due to the pandemic, and lifted on Wednesday.
Nogo said the request for the protest was to postpone the elections, announced for June 21 this week, with the assessment that “they cannot be held.”
It also requires the formation of a “technical and transitional government” for a period of six to 12 months, in order to “guarantee a level playing field for the elections of all political participants.”
Among the demands is that the authorities publish the list of voters abroad, the list of citizens with dual citizenship, that the data on those who voted in the elections be public and accessible, that “free work be allowed to the media.”
