While visiting the construction site, Vučić greeted the workers and asked that the kovid part be completed by December 1.
– Unbearable amounts of money are spent on tests, count how much it is each day. We don’t ask anything how much it costs, because we get everything we need. This hospital will continue to serve after the crown and that is why it is good that it is opening. In seven days the Kovid section with 200 beds will open. This is a huge pressure for health workers and it is the most difficult for them, physical strength is on the verge – said the president at the beginning of his speech.
He points out that it is important to reduce the mortality rate and that it is clear that the situation is difficult, when we have 6,500 people in hospitals. The last option, he says, is orthopedics.
– If a freezing rain falls, I don’t know what we will do with the open fractures. I ask people to call the doctor on time, because it is often fatal when people call late. We will also go to 25,000 examinees, although that exhausts us economically, but also exhausts us in terms of capacity – says Vučić.
– We pay a high price for the death toll. When you look at gender and age, you see that men are more susceptible, but there are also women who are infected, but adhere more to the measure. I ask the elderly to stay at home – said the president.
– This hospital will be in the system of the Serbian Clinical Center, to solve the dilemma about transportation, about sending blankets, pillows … – said Vučić.
– I want to congratulate everyone who worked on this and that it ended so quickly. In conditions in which the whole world is in financial crisis – said Vučić.

– We are expecting to open about 500 beds in this hospital in seven days.
– We still have an orthopedic hospital in Banjica, and that is why we are in a hurry to open this one as soon as possible, because if a freezing rain falls, what will we do with people who have open fractures, if all hospitals are for our patients.
Vucic also quoted the Austrian Chancellor, Sebastian Kurz, who said that salvation is only in two things.
– They are massive tests and vaccines. Tests to separate the infected from the healthy so that they do not spread the infection further – said Vučić.
Vučić said Serbia will seek vaccines as soon as possible and that it will seek to receive at least one million doses by the New Year.
– We have to make it easier for our doctors, they can no longer bear it.
– I tried to wear a mask all the time, although it was not easy for me, and I did it to protect other people. The critics are those who beat the people, the police, gathered without masks, so they said that we are inventing that the crown exists. These are the people who called rallies in the middle of the curfew, and today they are telling us how we should behave. Of course, the law should be the same for everyone, prosecutors know their job and will do it accordingly.
– I am proud to be the president of a country that is not joking and has no problem saying that no crime should be forgotten. They did not excavate the remains of people without the approval of the Serbian authorities. When we were in Brussels and when we raised the issue, we said that we were going to check for human remains and corpses and we simply told them to ask them to do the excavations in five places and that we would attend. those excavations, of course, did not agree with that – explained President Vučić.
– They did not accept that and to make a great story, which I have to reveal, they made public the fact that they prohibited me from entering Kosovo, they think they are very big and strong, and the people in Serbia are very happy about that – says Vučić.
As Minister Lončar told President Vučić, this hospital will be in the range of “Dragiša Mišović” and the new KBC Niš in terms of quality.
– The only better one will be the new Infectious Disease Clinic at KBC Serbia, when it is finished. It will be better than the one in Nis – said Minister Vučić.

While visiting the construction site, Vučić greeted the workers, wished them a happy job, and asked that the kovid part be completed by December 1.
Vučić was told that 80 workers were infected and the president wished them a speedy recovery.
– Thank you for your fighting spirit and desire to do good for the state – said the president.
Health Minister Zlatibor Lončar, who is touring the construction site with the president, says the oxygen rooms are now ready. Also visiting are the Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesić, the director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic, Goran Stevanović, and the Minister of Defense, Nebojsa Stefanović.
He also thanked the Serbian army members who welcomed him for their sacrifice and dedication.
On November 7, President Vučić visited the workers who are working the third shift in the construction of the hospital.
– This looks great, in no time. Every day we progress more in every way. We have everything from equipment. We also have the third shift and it will certainly finish on time, Vučić said then.
A few days ago, the city of Belgrade completed the construction of a water supply and sewerage network for the new Kovid hospital in Batajnica.
