POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF THE DIALOGUE IN BRUSSELS? The next round is uncertain by Pristina, who refuses to talk about the JCC

European diplomatic sources told Tanjug that the next round of expert talks between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as the high-level meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and the Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions of Kosovo, Avdulah Hoti, are “still in progress. question”.

The problem, as it is unofficially stated, is Pristina’s refusal to discuss the implementation of the 2013 agreement, which implies the formation of the Union of Serbian Municipalities.

Tanjug sources claim that the EU told Pristina that it could not “choose what it will negotiate and what not”, because it has already agreed on the agreed agenda, which includes talks on the implementation of all the unimplemented agreements of the Brussels Agreement.

Although the meeting between Vučić and Hoti is scheduled and announced for September 28, the European External Action Service says they cannot announce such a meeting at this time.

Instead, they note that expert and high-level dialogue continues as soon as “everything is in place,” that is, as soon as the two parties agree.
