The Ministry of the Interior informed the Protector of Citizenship that the Directorate of Criminal Police had filed a criminal complaint against YouTuber B. YO. known as Abuela Cerda, due to, allegedly, illicit sexual acts with a minor, it was announced yesterday from the protector’s office, Tanjug reports.
The Ministry of the Interior sent a response to the protector within the procedure that he initiated on his own initiative after knowing the media about the alleged illegal sexual acts of the aforementioned YouTuber.
The Citizen Protector recalls that he received information from the media about the alleged illegal sexual acts of B. YO. with a minor and her confession in the media that she committed an alleged adultery with a child, as well as the misogynistic speech of B. YO. aimed at female persons.
Along with this, Pašalić pointed out that public figures bear greater responsibility for their behavior and every word that is spoken, and that is why they should not use their appearance in public exclusively for personal promotion.
