Members of the Belgrade Ministry of the Interior arrested MM (1984) on the basis of grounds to suspect that he committed criminal acts of illicit production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosives, and unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
During the search of suspect MM’s apartment in New Belgrade, the police found an automatic rifle with 180 rounds, two gas pistols, a pistol with eight rounds, some 900 pieces of rifle ammunition, a metal boxer, a baton, a knife in a sheath, three cell phones and a small amount of amphetamines.

Suspect MM was detained for up to 48 hours and will be transferred to the Belgrade Superior Prosecutor’s Office, along with a criminal complaint, while criminal charges will be brought against the 40-year-old man on suspicion of having committed the crime of unauthorized possession of narcotics .
