Police at the door of the graduate by video of the minister, addressed the H1 team

We often witness that the recommendations of crisis personnel are not respected mainly by government representatives, who must also set an example for citizens. A few days ago, medical graduate David Vujatović filmed Police Minister Aleksandar Vulin without a mask in a hair salon, prompting reactions not only from citizens, but also from the police. She was still patrolling Stojana Protića Street, where Vujatović lives, and felt the need to address the H1 television team.

David Vujatović filmed the new Police Minister without a mask. He made the video from the apartment where he lives, as Aleksandar Vulin left the hair salon across the street.

“This is my window, it has a great view of that hairdresser in front of which the car was unusually arrogantly parked, it occupied a full sidewalk, I said sometimes let’s go through the window to see who will come out of that hairdresser, it turned out that he was leaving Minister Vulin, of course I filmed it, he didn’t have a mask and he sent it to his company, ”said Vujatović.

After the video appeared on social media, Stojana Protića Street in Vračar was, as David claims, surrounded by the police.

“I looked out the window and saw that the street was blue because of the police and they pointed a lamp at my window, I opened the window and asked what it was about, they said open the police,” he says.

The identification continued due to the filming of the Minister of Police, who is a protected person. According to David, the police also asked to erase the recordings, which they did. There was no need for the police to put on a show and annoy other citizens, says lawyer and former commissioner for information of public importance Rodoljub Sabic.

“Although we start from the fact that it is an unauthorized recording, according to our law, it is prosecuted for a private criminal complaint, Minister Vulin could, although I think there is no basis for filing a private criminal complaint,” says Sabic.

It is not known whether Aleksandar Vulin filed a private criminal complaint, as he did not comment on that issue. However, after some media broadcast the news about the video, a statement came from the Police Ministry about who David Vujatović was.

“In the specific situation, the inspection established that the person who made the unauthorized recording of the protected person was previously known to the police and has several minor and criminal offenses, as well as that he was convicted of violating security and is currently on probation. ” affirms the Ministry of the Interior.

David does not hide that he has criminal charges for, as he says, an argument with his ex-girlfriend.

“It is not true that I have a million criminal charges, that I have been convicted and that the police know me, the police know me in the sense that they have convicted me once, that I have a report and that there is only one person and that. it’s all, “he said. .

Data being used for purposes it is not intended for, explains Sabic, and shows that for the entire public it is a crime according to the law in Serbia.

“I must be convinced that in any context, be it political calculation or supposed protection of the reputation of state bodies, the law must be violated in this case, I am convinced, it is an illegal processing of personal data”, says Sabic.

During the recording of David Vujatović’s statement, the police passed through Stojan Protić Street. When Vujatovic entered the building, the police stood next to the N1 team. They didn’t ask us to stop filming, but they told us that the person from whom we were taking the statement was, as they say, manipulative.

“I am simply convinced, the truth is that he is going to publish and show that 10% is true, and everything else is a lie,” said the policeman.

N1: You will see it today and you will see it.

“Look, everyone works and lives according to their conscience, thank God I’m not like that until now,” he said.

N1: OK thanks.
