The suspect is accused of lending a total of 3,500 euros to the injured person on several occasions since May 2018, with which he collected monthly payments worth 400 euros from him in interest.
After the injured party stopped paying the installments in May this year, MM is suspected of threatening him with paying him 10,000 euros on behalf of the principal and interest arrears.
As the injured party did not pay the requested amount, the suspect agreed in September of this year with a forty-three-year-old man, against whom he was charged with criminal charges in the ordinary process, and once again, for now unknown, to remove him from the force 10,000 euros to the injured party.
It is suspected that according to the agreement reached with MM, a forty-three-year-old man and an unknown person took the injured person to an agricultural land, where they forced him to use physical force to commit to paying the requested amount.
The suspect MM was ordered to be detained for up to 48 hours, and will be transferred to the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Pancevo, along with a criminal complaint.
