Spanish national police officers arrested two people in Girona, Catalonia, for drugs, one of whom is a Serbian citizen suspected of transporting 143 kilograms of marijuana in a truck! In the second detainee, another 1,200 grams of cocaine were found.

In late September, the police detained the truck driver during regular traffic control. It was a truck carrying nine cars on a trailer.

During the search, bags of marijuana were found in seven of the nine cars.

The measurement determined that the Serb tried to smuggle 143 kilograms of drugs!

The second arrest occurred a few days later, when police stopped a tourist’s car. The man was linked to drug poison and when he saw that he had been arrested by agents of the National Police, he tried to escape.

A search of his car found a total of 1,203 grams of cocaine packaged in four packages. The nationality of the other detainee was not announced, but both are said to be now in custody.
