“The foundations for future agreements have been strengthened, including the prospect of a complete normalization of relations, which the EU has vigorously pursued and which remains a key priority for the United States,” Palmer said.
According to him, “the implementation of the agreement will not only bring growth and jobs for the citizens of Serbia and Kosovo, but will convince them to have a better future in their country and show the way towards reconciliation and progress for all the Western Balkans” .
He added that Kosovo and Serbia will not reach their full development potential until they resolve their differences.
