Only moans were heard! The son was prevented from protecting his mother from the deadly puncture, so they both ended up in the hospital

NM from Tršić, near Loznica, who was admitted to this city’s General Hospital tonight, is in stable condition, said Dragana Mitrović, spokesman for the Loznica Police Department.

The 47-year-old patient underwent the so-called thoracic drainage, is stable and out of danger. They kept her in the hospital until her full recovery.

NM is suspected to be stabbed in the back by her husband MM (45), after a family fight. His 20-year-old son allegedly attended the fight. The moment the dispute heated up and when the husband took a knife and went after his wife, the young man tried to protect his mother, and then his father stabbed him in the shoulder.

After the moans were heard, the neighbors reacted and the police and the ambulance team arrived quickly. The young man was treated in the Emergency Service, without the need for further hospital treatment, and his father was arrested.

Both spouses are, by the way, health workers at the Loznica General Hospital. The exact reason for the family quarrel and the severe physical attack is not yet known, but it is mentioned that the cause is, supposedly, jealousy. The investigation, which began immediately, should answer all of those questions.

There is no data that there have been conflicts in this family before, between spouses who have been married for more than two decades.
