Due to the favorable epidemiological situation, the Government of Slovenia has decided to put Serbia on the green list of countries, whose citizens will be able to enter Slovenia from tomorrow without being quarantined and tested for PCR.

While Serbia is on the green list, parts of Croatia along the border with Slovenia are on the orange list, while parts of Austria and Hungary, as well as several other EU countries, are on the red list of the riskier countries.

In addition, the Ljubljana official has decided to ease entry restrictions into the country due to the corona virus epidemic for travelers from countries that are not on Slovenia’s green list.

Passengers with a negative test of no more than 48 hours performed in a reliable laboratory in Slovenia, the EU or the Schengen zone, will not have to go to quarantine, reports STA.

In addition, travelers from countries on the orange lists of the EU or the Schengen area will not have to present a negative test to avoid quarantine.

These changes, as indicated in the government statement, were carried out on the recommendation of the European Union.
