Olivera Zekić re-elected as a member of the REM Council

Members of the Serbian Parliament elected Olivera Zekić as a member of the Council of the Electronic Media Regulatory Body (REM), for a term of five years.

Zekic proposed the Committee on Culture and Information of the Assembly of Serbia.

She was elected to the REM Council for the first time in 2015. Zekić graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade.

The deputies also elected Aleksandra Janković as a member of the REM Council, nominated by churches and religious communities. Janković graduated from the Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy.

At the suggestion of the parliamentary group “Aleksandar Vučić – for our children”, the deputies elected Miladin Kovačević as a member of the Board of Governors of the National Bank of Serbia for a term of five years.

The professor at the Belgrade Business School, Bojan Dimitrijevic, was elected to the Fiscal Council on the proposal of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, Jorgovanka Tabakovic.

After the election, Dimitrijevic was sworn in in this position in the Assembly of Serbia.
