According to official data, another 31 people died in the last 24 hours as a result of the coronavirus in Serbia, for which the total number of victims increased to 4,778, it was published on the website of the Ministry of Health covid19.rs.
Since the last representative sample of the situation in Serbia, 17,782 people have been tested for coronavirus and 5,201 cases of infection have been recorded.
There are 211 patients on respirators.
A total of 4,671 people were hospitalized.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, 526,112 cases of infection have been officially confirmed in Serbia.
The mortality rate is 0.91 percent.
At 3pm on March 16, 2021, a total of 3,182,095 people who met the criteria to define a case were examined in Serbia.
