The Turkish Kentkart (owner of Apex) made a minor offer in the amount of 10.5 million with VAT. The second bidder is Bus Logic Pozarevac and Penta Pula with a bid of 10.6 billion dinars.

If there are no problems with the documentation, instead of Busplus, Kentkart will charge the tickets for the next 13 years.

With the choice of a new partner, instead of Busplus, the Belgrade Card will be introduced, which will work on the principle of two wallets. One will be used to pay for a transport ticket, and the other can be complemented and used to pay for parking, theater and cinema tickets …

The offers received were opened at noon in the Municipal Administration building.

The new member will have a maximum compensation percentage of 7.92 percent of the revenue from tickets sold. In case the City takes 900 million dinars from the ticket sales (now the salary is around 600), the partner receives only three percent of the commission.

The new contract also provides for a greater number of controllers on the streets, but also the possibility for the City to hire an additional number of employees for that purpose.
