As Novosti has learned, both suspects presented their defense to the prosecution, which then proposed that they remain in preventive detention for 30 days, so that they do not influence the witnesses, repeat the crime and avoid further public disturbances.
The court will decide on this proposal from the prosecution.
Recall, the three men were friends together in the park with alcohol on Tuesday night, and then they continued drinking at the home of one of them in Bela Crkva. However, after a while, Nikola M., while intoxicated, assaulted the 19-year-old, beat him, forced him to satisfy him orally and raped him. Milan N, suspected of having previously behaved violently with the 19-year-old, allegedly tried to arrest him.

Nikola M. fled the house after the crime was committed, and the seriously injured young man first sought help at the local health center and was later sent to the hospital in Vršac. Neck and head injuries and a broken hand were noted. The police were informed of everything, who interrogated the victim and then arrested the two perpetrators.
It is interesting, however, that in the courtyard where the incident occurred, there are around fifty neighbors and no one heard the moans of the unhappy young man, which they justify by saying that it was supposedly loud music played by three young people.
