Today begins a new school year for primary and secondary school students in Serbia, which is organized under special conditions due to the epidemiological situation, with fewer students in class and with respect to the recommended measures in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus.

Noting that 97 per cent of parents in Serbia declared that their children attend school, Šarčević explained that in 38 per cent of schools in Serbia, mainly smaller rural and minority schools, there will be no need to divide the schools.
