However, what many are interested in the day with the highest number of infected is when exactly the measures refer, who can work, and whose door will be that will put the padlock at 9 o’clock at night and will remove it only to starting at 5 in the morning?

From today, service facilities – shops, supermarkets must adjust their working hours and changes to the new rules of crisis personnel and the Serbian government.
As the Prime Minister explained two days ago, all these facilities will be closed at 9:00 p.m., except for pharmacies that will be able to operate even after hours.
Gas stations
The rule of work until 9:00 p.m. will not apply to gas stations. They will still be able to work 24 hours a day, but as the Prime Minister said with one change.
That is, he said that the stores inside the service stations will not work, but the workers will only be able to refuel to citizens.
Cafes, restaurants, nightclubs
The measure refers especially to catering facilities that will have to close their doors for guests instead of 11:00 p.m., as has been the case so far, at 9:00 p.m.
In reality, this means that clubs will not be able to work while this measure is in effect, for a minimum of two weeks, since their working hours last until dawn.
Food delivery
The restriction of work until 9:00 p.m. does not apply to restaurants that handle food delivery. Therefore, the catering facilities may be open, but without guests.
The only thing is that they will deliver the food directly to your doorstep rather than directly to the catering facility.
Luck
As Ana Brnabić explained in her presentation, all factory employees working the second and third shift will continue to work even after the prescribed measurement of 9pm.
Transport
Public transport in Serbian cities will continue to operate normally after 9 pm Also, the taxi will continue to operate throughout the night.
However, today came a news related to urban transport in the capital. The Ministry of Public Transport has made a decision on the temporary suspension of the lines in night passenger transport from tomorrow afternoon, that is, from the night of November 18 to 19. There will be no buses from midnight to 4:00 in the morning.
The decision was made in accordance with the order of the Municipal Headquarters for Emergency Situations in the territory of the City of Belgrade, which banned all catering facilities, shops, shopping centers and other retail facilities, theaters and cinemas, game organizers of chance specials and classics and other facilities from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., it is indicated in the announcement of this secretariat.
What other measures apply
We remind you that, in addition to these measures that come into force tonight, in Serbia it is mandatory to wear masks indoors, but also outdoors if it is not possible to maintain a distance of more than 1.5 meters (queues in front of offices of post offices, banks, etc.), as well as a ban. meetings of more than five people.
Finally, the amendments to the Law for the Protection of the Population against Infectious Diseases have arrived to help respect all the measures, both new and old. This will raise both control and punishment to a known higher level.
How will the curve move at the end of the month?
Dr. Branislav Tiodorović made a dramatic prediction this morning, and that is that we cannot expect the curve to flatten out by the end of this month, but we will have even more infected people, and that flattening can only happen in early December. This is exactly the time when measurements are time-limited.
He added that we can see the first effects of the measures that begin to be applied tonight in seven to 10 days.
Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić emphasized once again that if the measures are not respected, Serbia will potentially be threatened by even stricter measures, as well as the most difficult option: curfew.
