“The measures that came into force last night are scheduled for December 1, but that does not mean that they will wait until then if there are no results in a few days,” Prime Minister Ana Brnabic clearly said during her visit to the National Academy of Public Administration. .
– ?? We will not wait until December 1 for new additional measures if we see that these do not work. We will wait three, four, five days to see the indicators. I know that the inspection worked last night, that we had good results, that the closing was at 9 pm. Will we continue to follow? – said the Prime Minister.
As he added, “schools and kindergartens are the safest places for now” …
– However, I will ask members of the crisis staff to give recommendations at any time when they think they are necessary, whether it is to extend the vacation or switch to online classes. At the moment, I don’t see any reason for that – said Ana Brnabić.
Let us remind you, after the session of the Government of Serbia, which was held on Sunday, the Prime Minister pointed out that the next possible measure is a movement ban.
– The implementation begins on November 17 and will last until December 1, when we will decide whether the measures should be toughened or expanded, but I hope that is not necessary. The next measure is a driving ban, but we are not in favor. We will present it only if it is more necessary – said Ana Brnabić on that occasion.
In addition to the possible driving ban, as a possible new measure, the transition from schools to online classes is mentioned, and even the possible closure of kindergartens in certain cities or throughout the country.
During yesterday’s session, the Municipality of Vrbas made the decision that all the schools in its territory should start teaching from home.
