A large fire, which broke out in an apartment on Leposave Vujosevic Street in Belgrade around 6 a.m. on Thursday after three explosions, injured 11 people, including three children.
Although it was initially believed that the boiler exploded in Mališa Pavlović’s apartment in Ljig and caused a fire, it was later established that it remained the only complete device, so the cause of the fire will be determined by investigation.
“The boiler is new. We did not have water yesterday, but the boiler was off,” say the tenants, two students who live in that apartment with their mother.
From the beginning, there were indications that the explosion may have been caused by gas and not the boiler, and that it is possible that the boiler was supposedly connected to gas, but they are speculations, and the cause of the explosion will be determined by the investigation. .
