Most newly infected in Belgrade, followed by Kragujevac and Nis

Of the 1,966 new coronavirus cases, as many as confirmed in Serbia in the last 24 hours, the majority were registered in Belgrade: 603, which represents an increase compared to Saturday, when 515 new cases were reported, RTS reported.

In second place in terms of the number of patients is Kragujevac, in which 87 new cases were registered, which represents a slight increase compared to Saturday, when there were 83 of them.

The number of patients dropped significantly in Nis, which ranks third in the number of newly infected with 73 new cases, while there were 101 on Saturday.

In fourth place is Sabac with 60 new cases, and in fifth place is Novi Sad with 57 new cases of coronavirus. 48 new cases were registered in Kraljevo, 46 ​​in Vranje, 45 in Valjevo, 39 in Subotica, 38 in Pancevo and 35 in Cacak and Uzice.

In Loznica, 33 new cases were registered, in Smederevo 29, in Kruševac 27 and in Novi Pazar and Prijepolje 26. Zrenjanin has 23 new cases, Leskovac and Bogatić 21 and Bačka Palanka 20 new cases.

In other populated places in Serbia, fewer than 20 new infected people have been registered in the last 24 hours.

According to official data, on Sunday 1,966 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Serbiaand 37 people died.
