Currently, five suspected and positive coronavirus patients are hospitalized in the Čačak General Hospital Department.
In the last 24 hours, two patients were admitted and three were discharged.
In the outpatient admission and triage clinic of the Čačak General Hospital, 33 patients with symptoms and signs of covid infection were examined, of which 28 were the first examinations.
The director of the Institute of Public Health in Čačak, Dr. Aksentije Tošić, emphasizes that the current epidemiological situation in the city of Morava is stable, but that unwanted changes can occur very quickly.
– The highest number of returnees from neighboring countries was registered on Friday. Tourists, students and workers have duly informed of their arrival, so in five or six days we expect a much greater number of first exams, but also potential new infected. As long as the epidemiological situation in neighboring countries is difficult, we cannot expect it to be free of burdens in our country – said Dr. Tošić from RINA.
