A Montenegrin citizen of SV (24) who was stabbed last night at Zeleni venac in Belgrade is in stable condition at the hospital, and a migrant who stabbed him in the stomach was arrested an hour and a half later at the main bus station.
The attack happened last night around one after midnight, on Prizrenska Street in Belgrade.
– He was in the company of a Serbian citizen at the time of the attack, and the migrant who attacked him was with two other compatriots. It was obvious that the group of migrants was under the influence of alcohol or some narcotic – said a source from “Blic” familiar with the case.
Immediately after the attack, the ambulance service took over the stabbed Montenegrin, who suffered a stomach injury.
– The man was admitted to the Emergency Center, his subsequent treatment continues and he is in stable condition – they told “Blic” from the Emergency Center.
About an hour and a half after the attack, we learned, the police found a group of migrants near the Belgrade bus station and arrested the suspect.
He was questioned before the acting deputy prosecutor. He said that he was provoked and attacked by the victim, after which the prosecution proposed the arrest, announced the Basic Public Ministry.
In the subsequent processing, in addition to the aggrieved party, witnesses will be questioned and an expert examination of the injuries of the aggrieved party will be ordered, after which a decision will be made in the subsequent processing, it is added in the announcement.
