He has already been sentenced to three years in prison, three and a half years in prison, because in 2010 he tried to extort 50,000 euros from the vice president under threat of murder with his associates.
Then, at the end of 2017, by decision of the High Court of Belgrade, he was sentenced to four years in prison for wounding a security guard in the stomach of a nightclub worker. He was later sentenced to a single sentence of 7 years.
However, the Belgrade Court of Appeal overturned that verdict in 2018.
The explanation of the decision indicates that the first instance verdict is based on significant violations of the provisions of criminal procedure, since the dictum is incomprehensible, self-contradictory and the reasons for the verdict are contradictory opinions.
