Mihalj Harangozo, an 80-year-old man from Subotica, disappeared at 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning from Subotica General Hospital, which is located in the kovid system.
Ivanka Nikolić, Mihalje’s daughter, tells “Blic” that her father disappeared from their home on Sunday. Everyone in the family is very concerned about him, especially since he is diabetic and has to inject insulin three times a day, and also has been determined to be positive for the corona virus.
– My dad is sure of the crown. At home I had no corona symptoms. On Sunday, the mother did not notice, she disappeared from the house. We looked for it everywhere and luckily we found it, more precisely one of our friends found it in a bush and in a bush, it was all scratched. I called an ambulance and they took him to the hospital. No one thought he had a crown then, but when they tested it, they found it to be positive and it was retained. He disappeared from the Kovid 2 part at five in the morning on Wednesday. When I called the hospital to ask about him, they told me that he was gone, that he was gone. He can barely walk and he’s very fat, I’m sure he’s still somewhere in the hospital or around the hospital. I just can’t believe he went unnoticed in that state, he had to go through the doorman. It had never happened before – says Ivanka Nikolić, daughter of Mihalj Harangozo, for “Blic”.
The family asks anyone who has information or sees Mihalj Harangozo to inform them at 064 / 27-50-271 or to call the police.
The investigation is ongoing and, according to Ivanka Nikolić, the courtyard and the surroundings of the hospital will be searched additionally and in detail today.
– I think my father now looks like a homeless man, because he was all striped and in pajamas, if he went somewhere, he certainly does. Each piece of information means a lot to us, our daughter pleads.
