As announced from Vjosa Osmani’s cabinet, he emphasized “the need for an internal Kosovo consensus in the process of dialogue with Serbia.”

“In that context, President Osmani said that the constitutional order of Kosovo and the unity of the country are inviolable and should not be part of the negotiations,” Kosovo said in a statement.

It is also claimed that Osmani told Lajcak that the Pristina Constitutional Court decision should apply to the JCC and “that the bosnization of Kosovo should not be allowed.”

“The president of the assembly asked Lajcak that the EU pressure Serbia to implement the agreements reached so far with Kosovo, as well as to take into account the hate speech of some Serbian state officials,” the statement added.

It is emphasized that Osmani “especially demanded that the EU strongly and clearly condemn the statements about the concealment of mass graves in Serbia.”

It also demanded concrete actions from the Serbian side when it comes to clarifying the fate of the disappeared, the announcement states.
