From today until Friday, December 25, measures in the fight against the coronavirus have been relaxed in Serbia, although only a day before, epidemiologist Predrag Kon stated that the medical part of the crisis personnel was explicitly against any mitigation of measurements.

Most of them have been ignoring calls and messages from Danas journalists since the start of the corona virus pandemic.
The Belgrade City Institute of Public Health also told us that Predrag Kon is not available for comment until the afternoon when he is a guest on television for B92.
The director of the Vojvodina Public Health Institute, Vladimir Petrović, responded to our newspaper’s question that “he had not given any statements to the media” since the beginning of the pandemic, and that he did not want to do so now.
We were left with no response in the office of Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, who chairs the Crisis General Staff.
Let us remind you, this morning the Crisis Team decided that from today until Friday, December 25, the working hours of all stores, shopping centers, service activities and catering without music will be extended until 8:00 p.m., and that the next steps will be discussed in a new session on Friday.
The epidemiologist Predrag Kon affirmed yesterday that the medical part of the crisis headquarters is absolutely against giving in to any measure, but that “reality is as it is” and that “it will see it again.”
The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, Mirsad kerlek, assessed today that the potential of the corona virus in Serbia is slowly weakening, but also added that “it is still shaking.”
A new strain of coronavirus has been identified in several European countries, which originally began to spread across Britain. The data above shows that the new strain is spreading much faster, but there is no evidence that it is more dangerous. Many countries around the world suspended traffic with Great Britain for two days.
