The body of Martin Čačković (46) with wounds and a pool of blood was found by his mother in the courtyard of his house in Grocka, near Belgrade, yesterday morning, and the first results of the investigation show that he was killed.
Čačković is suspected of fighting with his friend ND (33), with whom he lived.
– It all happened around 5.30. For the past eight days, he has been making noise from that house every day. There were collisions, collisions, screams and they were fighting. Last week, ND reportedly reported Martin to police for domestic violence against his mother, neighbors say.
As they add, on Wednesday night the two fought on the ground and the fight continued in the yard.
– It is presumed that ND grabbed a brick, hit another on the head and fled – says the source and adds that ND, while the police were conducting the investigation, arrived at the health center all bloodied, and that he was later arrested.
– Martin and ND met in Montenegro and have lived with Martin ever since. There were problems between them and they were fair to their neighbors, neighbors say.
Members of the Belgrade Ministry of the Interior, through quick and efficient work, shed light on aggravated homicide and arrested ND (1987), a suspect in this crime.
