BELGRADE – Employees of newly established companies will receive 36,440 dinars each on Monday for two 60 percent minimum wages, and a total of 10,289 companies will receive the money, the Finance Ministry told Tanjug tonight.
A total of 16,544 employees will receive the last minimum pay.
Employees of 8,141 companies established in the period from March 15 to July 20 will receive 36,440 dinars each, as well as employees of 2,148 other companies who did not use first aid before.
In newly created companies, 11,074 employees will receive money and in other companies 5,470.
A total of just over 596 million dinars will be paid.
Such assistance is an additional incentive to consolidate newly established companies in the markets, Finance Minister Sinisa Mali previously said.
Previously, five minimum wages were paid in support of the economy, three full minimum wages and two at 60 percent each.
The total package of economic measures aimed at citizens and the economy weighs around 5.8 billion euros, or 12.5 percent of GDP.
