It should be remembered that in mid-December there was a spectacular robbery in a Dusseldorf shopping center, when three men, citizens of Serbia, “Opel Vectar” broke into a watch shop, broke a shop window and stole 41 luxury watches and a bracelet. Ten days later, jeweler Nebojsa Bojovic was arrested in Serbia, suspected of being the group’s organizer, and NS, AJ and SS were also handcuffed. The action was carried out in cooperation with the Serbian and German police.
Estimated value
– Watches and bracelets that the “pink panthers” are suspected to have acquired for Bojović must be returned to the rightful owner, ie the Düsseldorf jeweler. When the robbery occurred, the value of the stolen jewelery was estimated at one million euros. However, since Serbian investigators found all the stolen pieces, the value was determined to be three times higher, the German portal RPonline reported. By the way, Bojović was arrested in Belgrade during the handover of stolen “brega” watches. – He was arrested by the National Assembly when he came to deliver seven expensive watches. One was holding NS’s hand, while the others were found in his apartment, recalls the source.
According to German media, although the robbery took place in Germany, the suspects will most likely be tried in Serbia.
– The Dusseldorf State Prosecutor’s Office ordered that all the watches found, as well as the bracelet, be returned to the owner, the media say.
Nebojsa Bojovic, as well as the three other suspects in the arrest, are in custody.
– It is believed that he asked the help of the “pink panther” to get luxury items. Luka Bojović’s brother, who is in prison in Spain, was known as a great friend to Serbian artists, who bought jewelry for him for years. Now they are in a panic because they are not sure if the jewelry they used to buy from him was stolen, our source revealed.
Connection with the “pink panthers”
By the way, this is not the first time that Nebojsa Bojovic has come into contact with the “pink panthers”. Five years ago, his name was mentioned when the media wrote that the now-deceased Borko Ilinčić, who was convicted of robbery in Dubai, offered him diamonds. However, the police never determined whether Bojovic cooperated with Ilincic.
