Another million doses of coronavirus vaccines will arrive in January, and after those over 70, Health Minister Zlatibor Lonar said tonight.

The minister pointed out that the vaccine is currently the only solution that can get us out of the problem called coronavirus and that is why it is important that more people get vaccinated.
For TV Pink, Lonar said that the state did everything possible to get the vaccine earlier, adding that it was successful, because it was one of the first in Europe to start vaccination.
The Minister said that the country is absolutely ready for the arrival of a million vaccines and mass vaccination.
He also announced that in the next three days, until Wednesday, the renovated departments of the Belgrade Infectious Diseases Clinic will be closed and that the state has managed to invest in the renovation of hospitals amid the pandemic.
Lonar also announced that the cornerstone of KC Vojvodina will be laid next week, as well as that the KC Vojvodina Internal Clinic, which is fully equipped with more than 200 beds, will open.
When asked to comment on certain criticisms due to Serbia’s decision to send part of the future vaccines to the non-Serbian population in June, Lonar said there will always be those who will politicize human movements.
“If anyone objects to that, then we have gotten into a serious problem. Although I am sure that it is a minority, and there is no problem with vaccines or citizens … get vaccinated, they are delighted. “Lonar pointed out.
