He is assisted at the liturgy by the bishops Methodius, vicar bishop of Diocletian, Dimitrije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina, Theodosius, bishop of Raska and Prizren, the retired bishop Atanasija (Jevtić), numerous priests and monks. Before the start of the liturgy, the Metropolitan’s coffin was inaugurated.

Whole families come, parents carry sick children in their arms, the monastery church and the narthex are full of people.
The Metropolitan’s admirers bow to his shadows in a short room by the coffin, then leave the church, so that others who arrive can render him the well-deserved honor.
Most of the young people are in the procession, as are the monks who guard the coffin. Most are nuns from the renovated monasteries whose lives have been restored thanks to the late Metropolitano.
