As Kovacevic was unavailable to the prosecution for two days, the prosecution ordered the police to search for him, which they did. A few hours later, Kovacevic appeared alone at the police station.
As the prosecution previously announced that “considering that he is obviously a fugitive, he will be arrested after the police find him,” Kovacevic was immediately ordered to be arrested.
He was taken to the Prosecutor’s Office for questioning on Saturday, where he recounted in detail what was happening in the department, after which he was released to defend himself.
Meanwhile, investigators will also see video surveillance footage near the apartment, owned by Kovacevic’s friend, where, according to TT, he was beaten.
A recording of their heated discussion, which allegedly took place on September 16, when, according to TT reports, Kovacevic hit her also appeared on social media yesterday. The recording shows someone knocking on the door of the apartment where Kovacevic is supposedly located. She moved the spy, while on the other side a female figure can be seen.
– Explain to me the reason for your blows, I did everything you wanted – Kovacevic said through the closed door, to which the girl kept hitting and begging for it to open.
– I want to be with you, open up, I want to be with you – said the girl, so that Kovacevic would respond:
“There is nothing of that T, with that behavior you never have to see me again.”
The girl in the video, presumably TT, then said “sorry”.
“Listen, I’m sorry, I’m not 12 years old,” Kovacevic said at the end of the recording, which is interrupted as TT continues to shout from the other side of the door, in the hall.
The prosecution must determine whether the recording is credible, as well as what happened after the recording was interrupted.
