When asked if it was true that, as noted in the announcement by the Novi Sad Police Administration, the police questioned his client that very night, Paligorić replied that he did not know, as he was hired after 24 August. .
“On 2 September I filed a criminal complaint with the Novi Sad High Prosecutor’s Office regarding this case, and I have a copy of the report with the police,” Paligorić said, adding that he hopes that Ivan Kontić, suspected of attempted murder of MM, get arrested and prosecuted.
However, the actions of the police in this case have been in the public interest for days due to indications that the unprofessional conduct of the investigation allowed the suspect Kontić to leave the country.
Additional evidence to that thesis was presented yesterday by the vice president of the Freedom and Justice Party, Marinika Tepic, presenting to the public two documents that, according to her, are police notes in this case.
“You will recognize the handwriting of Andrej Vučić, the handwriting of the godparents Zvonko and Milan, the handwriting of the fans, the handwriting of the bookmakers, but also the handwriting of Nebojša Stefanović and Vladimir Rebić who fight each other through the bosses from the police departments in Serbia, “Tepić told a news conference. in front of the Ministry of the Interior.
In the first note, Tepic pointed out, it can be seen that the nurse from the Vojvodina Clinical Center reported to the police that a person who was injured in the Futoška market presented himself to the Emergency Center of that medical institution. The patrol, as reported, had a conversation with the wounded MM, who informed them that around 00:30 he was attacked by three unknown men who hit him several times on the head and body. According to her, the note indicates that no serious injuries were found and almost nothing happened after that.
The following supplemented note also describes the injuries of the injured and says that serious bodily injuries, contusions, abrasions and a fracture in the forearm were found, and that the prosecutor was informed of everything, who classified the crime as serious bodily injury.
And nothing happens until September 12, the day after the recording of the beating was made public, when another prosecutor reclassifies the incident as an attempted murder. The next day, he has new activities, the arrest of two people, one is suspected of being an accomplice and the other who helped him hide, ”said Tepic. It added that these documents show that “the plaintiff did her job in an absolutely catastrophic manner or that she was ordered not to do her job.” It is completely clear from these documents, Tepic noted, that the Novi Sad Police Administration, led by Milorad Susnic, contributed almost absolutely to that.
Tepic: Clash of clans within the SNS
Marinika Tepić mentioned that the aforementioned case is not only about the confrontation with criminals, but also the confrontation of clans within the SNS. She asked questions publicly to the top of the police and to the Interior Minister: Did the prosecutor and the police go to the scene immediately? Did they secure the place? Did you identify and search statements from employees and witnesses? Did they search for security camera footage and exclude footage of the beatings? If the answers to all these questions are “no”, it will be, as he stated, further proof that the city of Novi Sad and the police administration have been exploited by the Vučić brothers, mainly Andrej Vučić on duty, who presents himself as the mayor Miloš Vučević “.
Parović: Why is Marinika dealing with me?

In a statement to Danas, Miroslav Parović noted that it was not clear to him why Marinika Tepić was dealing with him and why he was “defending Minister Nebojša Stefanović”.
“At no time did I enter into confrontations within the SNS. I did not even aspire to political promotion, but I wanted to draw attention to the fact that we live in a society where someone can beat someone, break their arms and go unpunished. I spoke about this case only after the attack by the SNS officials, “says Parović. She emphasizes that she never hid that she was in a coalition with the SNS, unlike Marinika Tepic, who, as she claims, in 2016, as a member of the Vojvodina League of Social Democrats voted with a coalition with progressives at the local level, after which Milos Vucevic became mayor of Novi Now.
