BELGRADE – Danica, the owner of a bar, complained on Twitter that the waiter stole from her and on that social network she asked for advice on how to pose and how to react because the waiter is very small, a smart child.
– If you had a bar and a waiter robbed you, who reported himself, whose salary was not delayed for a single day, would you deduct his deficit from the next salary? Danica wrote, and then the comments began to arrive.
– There is no waiter who does not steal from a patron …
– When he robs you, he also robs guests. It won’t stop, no matter what it promises. Conversation and termination of the contract by mutual agreement …
Some even stood up in “defense” of the waiters, arguing that the cafe owners are hitting people with bottled water and tea so they have nothing to complain about their waiters.
– You have to specify how he steals. If you make a dinar making 10 out of nine coffees, that’s what every waiter does, trust me. You just have to reduce it to a reasonable measure and that’s it – it is said in another comment to what Danica the landlady said that she already knows about the “coffee trick” and that she has passed it several times. Among the commenters, there were also those who were waiters at the time, so they revealed their experiences or claimed that they never had anything because their earnings and tips were top-notch.
By the way, the salary of a Serbian waiter is average, around fifty thousand, and the tip depends, it can reach up to one hundred euros a month if the waiter is skillful, polite and decent, and the bar is popular. Bartenders among Twitter users also say that the best advice is left by guests you would never say they have, and that the oldest alumni are the ones with the most expensive training and the best prepared.
