This was stated today by the Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesić, who specified that it is a construction site in Batajnica with an area of 7.5 hectares.

According to him, the exact price at which the land was bought is 481,330,341 dinars.

“The land on Major Zoran Radosavljevic street is located directly in front of the Batajnica loop with a new beltway around Belgrade. The location is included in the Detailed Regulation Plan of the economic zone ‘Gornji Zemun’ – zones 3 and 4, and the land is in other economic zone areas, “Vesic said.

He added that the sale is proof that despite the economic disruption in Europe caused by the coronavirus epidemic, investments are still being made in Belgrade.

The value of the construction land on the public property of the city of Belgrade, which has been disposed of since the beginning of this year, amounts to 4,297,035,289 dinars or 36.6 million euros, announced the city of Belgrade.

That amount, as added, was achieved in public tenders conducted by the Belgrade Building and Construction Land Directorate on behalf of the City of Belgrade.

In seven public tenders, 10 individual building plots with a total area of 100,227 square meters were sold.

In addition, the city budget receives additional funds from contributions to organize construction sites, which are calculated for investors in the process of obtaining a building permit.
