In the film, which was delivered to the institutes, the artists shared their favorite poetry, positive thoughts and messages of encouragement, as well as reading recommendations. Counseling from a psychiatrist is also provided, suggesting prisoners find personal strength and self-confidence to overcome stressful situations like this. The project was funded by the OSCE Mission in Serbia and the German NGO Help.

Educators and psychologists from the Treatment Service, by the way, have been providing increased psychosocial support to prisoners and their families in all prisons since March. The prisoners were extended their stay in the open air and were allowed to call their relatives more frequently, they are advised to read as much as possible, write letters, watch movies, listen to music, to reduce the feeling of worry and anxiety.

Since July, 10 prisoners have been allowed to have contact with family members via Skype and Viber in order to provide additional psychosocial support. Visits to correctional institutions in Serbia were banned in March and allowed again in May with the strict application of protective measures.
