Prime Minister-designate Zdravko Krivokapić said he regretted yesterday’s decisions by the Montenegrin and Serbian authorities on the mutual expulsion of ambassadors, assessing that it was not in the spirit of the European path and good regional cooperation.
According to RTCG, Krivokapic announced that the new government will work to improve Montenegro’s relations with Serbia.
“We will promote a policy of true good neighborliness with Belgrade, as well as with everyone in the region, on the principle of sovereignty, independence and non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.” Mutual respect will be our measure, “said Krivokapic.
I regret the expulsion of ambassadors yesterday, because such acts are not in the spirit of the European way and the good regional cooperation of friendly countries. Even in its last days, the outgoing regime does not shy away from polarization in society and deepening divisions. 1/2

It should be recalled that the Serbian Ambassador to Montenegro, Vladimir Božović, was declared persona non grata and was asked to leave Montenegro.
After that, the Serbian Foreign Ministry announced last night that it reacted reciprocally and declared the Montenegrin Ambassador to Serbia, Tarzán Milošević, persona non grata.
