In Kragujevac, in the last 24 hours, the highest number of newly infected citizens of coronovaris was recorded so far, making it proportionally a hotbed of the epidemic larger than Belgrade.
According to the latest data from the Serbian Institute of Public Health, the “springboard” of the newly infected with Kovid-19 is 320 in Kragujevac, while in Belgrade there are 1,917 infected in one day. Compared to proportionally, Kragujevac has 5.99 times fewer new patients than Belgrade, and the city of Lepenica is ten times smaller than the Serbian capital in terms of population. If it were equal to Kragujevac, Belgrade would have 3,200 infected today.
Although it lasts uninterruptedly for five months, the emergency situation in Kragujevac is not working, making the central city of Šumadija the biggest hotbed of the coronavirus epidemic in Serbia.
According to data from the Kragujevac Institute of Public Health, 361 new infected citizens are found in the Sumadija district, that is, 42.87 percent are positive in relation to those analyzed (842).
There is no data on the number and condition of patients in the kovid temporary hospital at the Šumadija fair in Kragujevac.
