Dr. Predrag Kon says that the measures have suppressed the second wave of coronavirus in Serbia, but claims that now “the mask replaces the state of emergency and the ace of the police.”

“That is for sure, in the implementation of the measures, I do not believe that we are above the surrounding countries, regardless of the fact that we have suppressed the second wave with the measures. We have a situation around us that says that this can happen.” said Dr. Kon.
He adds that now he will not react to the state of emergency, but according to his regime, “the mask replaces the state of emergency and the ace of the police.”
“Make no mistake that it is good and completely free in the open. The crisis tab was for wearing a mask outdoors, but the implementation of this measure is not possible and that is the only reason why this measure is recommended! !”, Explain.
He believes that the inconvenience of wearing a mask is less than the inconvenience caused by the coronavirus. He also states that “we fear punishment more than death.”
When asked if winter kovid differs from summer kovid, Kon states that we have no evidence.
“We have a virus that has changed relatively,” he told RTS.
