However, what can possibly give us some encouragement in such an unfavorable, sometimes even catastrophic situation is the fact that the number of infected people in Belgrade is below 30 per cent. As the first place where the virus was suddenly activated it peaked, the question is how it will continue. The problem is that it is in a high level and it will last. We will follow the trend, we will see if the number of new infections will start. It will fall, but the number of infected will certainly not decrease rapidly and that is for sure, “said Kon.
On the funeral of Patriarch Irinej, Kon said it was clear from the broadcast that there was a violation of the measures.
“A lot has been done and an effort has been made to respect the measures. We will see that when time passes,” he said.
He said that now there is no state of emergency or curfew, but that we must act as if it were in force.
