After today’s film chase at the Ulica omladinskih brigade in New Belgrade, the police arrested a total of four people suspected of hijacking two cars and robberies during the day.
– It is suspected that a young man first stole a “Peugeot 307” with a pistol in the New Belgrade parking lot this afternoon, and since they had traffic then, two suspects left a stolen vehicle and then stole a “Fiat Style” in another parking lot. Then they went to Vracar to the apartment of the next victim, where the other two detainees were waiting for them because they were writing to the victim, and then they committed theft by taking money and equipment – explains the source of “Novosti”, stating that after that three men and women fled.
An hour later, the police handcuffed two suspects in New Belgrade, where they caught up with “Fiat Stilo”, and then two accomplices were arrested. During the arrest, the pistol they used was found in the vehicle, stolen from the apartment in Vračar and a small amount of drugs.
