Lawyer Nemanja Aleksić on the reasons why he filed a criminal complaint against the author of the “24 minutes” program
Regardless of the outcome of the trial, because the judiciary is still under the influence of the “yellows”, Zoran Kesić and the authors of the “24 Minutes” program will be tried by St. Vasilije Ostroški, glory and mercy; This is how Novi Sad’s lawyer, Dr. Nemanja Aleksić, explains his opinion on the case.

Aleksić estimates for Danas that Kesić hurt the feelings of all believers by mentioning Saint Vasilije Ostroški and Metropolitan Amfilohije in, as he puts it, an insulting context. However, he does not believe that the feelings of the believers were hurt when he filed a criminal complaint on behalf of Goran Vesić against Bishop Grigorije for inciting the murder (of Vesić). Previously, the deputy mayor of Belgrade called the bishop of Dusseldorf and the whole of Germany a murderer.
It seems that the voters of Montenegro liked Vasilija Ostroški more, who for justified reasons could not participate in the elections, but therefore urged his “publicist”, Amfilohije Radović, to go to the polls for the first time in his life. voice. Well, technically, he got out of the jeep and voted. But what will it be? “, It is part of the satirical article of the program” 24 minutes “for which Aleksić filed a criminal complaint, stating that the author” in an extremely malicious, ruthless and arrogant way exposed the religious symbols of the Orthodox Christian faith, its saints, clergy and the faithful “.
Nemanja Aleksić claims on behalf of Danas that this article committed one of the most serious crimes, which is also derived from the Constitution of Serbia, where it is stated that no one can be discriminated against on the basis of racial, national or religious affiliation.
– It is a criminal act that is prosecuted ex officio. Since the prosecution obviously did not react to the spectacle in which the Serbian Orthodox Church, its saints and those most respected are insulted: Saint Vasilije Ostroški, glory and mercy to him, when both Catholic and Islamic believers respect and honor, I had to do it. Imagine that you wrote in the Danas newspaper that African Americans came from apes, that they are not the same as whites, that they have elongated feet … At that moment, you would be prosecuted by the prosecution for causing racial intolerance – says our interlocutor. To the observation that Danas is a serious socio-political newspaper, and “24 minutes with Zoran Kesić” is a satirical spectacle, Aleksić responds that he knew “that we are going to say that.
– There is no satire. It is a satire when you do not insult. Here you are insulting my deepest religious feelings. God and Saint Basil will judge Kesić, glory and mercy to him. Since we still have the prosecution and the judiciary under the control of Dušan Petrović and Snežana Malović, ie “yellow”, of course the prosecution will not initiate proceedings against the person in question. That is why I will take up the criminal charge: Aleksić is explicit. He expects another 300 to 400 criminal charges to be added against Kesic.
– You cannot say that San Basilio could not attend the elections. Let’s not forget that Saint Basil is alive. He is a saint. And the Metropolitan Amfilohije can not ridicule it and call it public relations – says our interlocutor. When asked if he also exposed the mocking Bishop Grigorije by accusing him of attempted murder, Aleksić noted that we must express ourselves precisely.
– I filed a criminal complaint against Bishop Grigorije for inciting the murder of Goran Vesić, because he claimed that “if he had organized demonstrations, Vesić would not have been able to hold a press conference in the morning.” I don’t know what he thought and what he said after – said Aleksić.
Bishop Grigorije’s lawyer Vladimir Gajić, who is also the subject of Goran Vesić’s lawsuit, told Danas that “the role supports everything,” adding that his colleague will not win any lawsuits.
– Aleksić’s office and Novi Sad’s partners signed Vesić’s lawsuits against Bishop Grigorije, Vesić against me and now, probably in his own name, the lawsuit on behalf of the believers against Kesić. While for the first two lawsuits you have a power of attorney from the client, the third appears to be personal. A colleague is also a doctor of science. He obtained the title in one of these stamped faculties. Even his Ph.D. doesn’t seem to help him understand the democratic concept of expressing free opinion. These are professionally bad lawsuits. They will lose all the lawsuits – thinks Gajic.
The journalist Nenad Milosavljevic, one of the members of the creative team of the “24 minutes” program, tells our newspaper that the lawsuit did surprise them “because they had never opened the season so spectacularly before.”
– But hey, we can understand the situation, Mr. Aleksic as a lawyer must always work in the best interest of his client. I am not referring to Saint Basil of Ostrog. The good news is that the lawsuit was written by a single attorney because we like to read quality written lawsuits and we just couldn’t bear to read a lawsuit written by someone unprofessional, Milosavljevic notes. He adds that the lawsuit will not affect them particularly, “except that now we will be eager to read it, and that will distract us a bit from daily activities.”
– People who deal with humor are increasingly exposed to attack because after the agreement in the United States, we are rapidly adopting the trends of the West. Now it is fashionable for everyone to be offended by something, so that trend has also reached us. In the first episode, the church and some believers were offended by the mention of Vasilije Ostroški and Amfilohije, in the second, Marko Đurić was offended by the mention of Marko Đurić, and we will see who will be offended in the next one, maybe cyclists or scooters – concludes Milosavljević.
Kesic: I don’t deal with past episodes
– I do not like to comment on the reactions of the viewers, and this somehow belongs to the reaction of the viewers. Especially since for us it has been an issue for a long time.
