Due to the increasing number of crowns infected with the virus, the Crisis Staff has proposed new measures to the Government, which should be accepted on Thursday and will come into effect this weekend. They mainly refer to the reduction in working hours of almost all facilities in Serbia, which will be closed after 5pm on Friday.
With the new measures presented to the Government by the Crisis Staff, almost no sector is not involved. This time too, the focus was on catering facilities and for the first time many other service activities were included in the package.
How much have the measures changed compared to the existing ones? “Blic” brings you a complete list of when it will work and how different it is relative to existing measures.
restaurant
New camera: As we have learned, the proposal of the medical work is, and what the Serbian Government will adopt, is that restaurants, cafes and bars, clubs, as well as gambling halls and betting houses operate until 5 in the afternoon. On weekends, these facilities will not work at all.
Existing measure: The catering facilities remain open until 6:00 p.m. every weekday and on weekends.
Malls
New camera: Shopping centers will also not be able to work more than 5 pm on weekdays and will remain closed on weekends, is the new decision of the crisis personnel. This now applies to all other boutiques and stores and to outdoor shopping centers.
Existing measure: Until now, shopping malls could operate until 6 p.m., as well as cafes, while shops and boutiques outside shopping malls, for example in pedestrian areas or anywhere as separate stores, could operate until 9. of the night. This is avoided with the new measure, so the padlock is also placed on the door.
Service activities
New camera: For the first time in the third wave, crisis personnel measures are in the direction of all other service activities. Thus, the doctor’s proposal establishes that beauty and hairdressing salons, beauty salons, gyms, gyms and gyms, spas and swimming pools can work until 5 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, while on weekends they will not work in absolute. Thus, from Friday at 5:00 p.m. to Monday at 5:00 a.m.
Existing measure: Until now, the Crisis Staff did not limit the working hours of these service activities, but in a large number of municipalities at the city level there was a measure to work until 9:00 p.m., as well as shops, while the end of week they worked part time.
Grocery stores
New camera: Food robberies can be open until 9 pm on weekdays and weekends. That measurement did not change, so grocery stores did not undergo significant changes.
Pharmacies, pumps, food delivery
The new regulations do not affect the working hours of refueling stations, pharmacies and delivery of food by courier.
They can work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We remind you that, although it remains true for pumps that will be able to run non-stop, the rule is that the workshops inside the pumps work like everyone else, and that after that time they are only allowed to sell fuel.
Theater and cinema
New camera: Theaters and cinemas will be open every working day and on weekends until 5:00 p.m. of the next period, judging by the new regulations.
Existing measure: According to current regulations, cultural institutions operate until 6 in the afternoon, that is, the last screening of the film must be finished at that time.
Markets
Nove more: There will be no changes to the Crisis Personnel rules, which will be open on weekdays, while on weekends their work hours are limited from 6 am to 3 pm.
What is not defined by these measures is how the post offices and banks that have had normal working hours until now will function. With the publication of the details, the final decision of the Crisis Staff and the adoption of the Government are expected, which, in our understanding, should happen on Thursday.
PCR test of the topics of the next Crisis Staff
