Colivia complained to the Citizen Protector

During the evening, the Koluvija defense team issued a statement saying: “On August 25, 2020, during the re-examination of the telephone in the Jovanjica case at the facilities of the RS MUP National Criminalistic and Technical Center, Predrag Koluvija noted that the signatures on the envelopes and the envelopes themselves in which their telephones were different from those in which the telephones were originally packaged in the matter of a previous expert opinion, facts that point to a reasonable suspicion of illicit handling of evidence and, from the defense point of view, they cannot be used in legal proceedings. “

“The suspicion was accentuated by the fact that the prosecution rejected Predrag Koluvija’s request to take DNA samples from inside the envelope to show that someone did something illegal with phones that are one of the evidence in this procedure, as well as by the fact that these telephones were not in judicial deposit. Predrag Koluvija filed a criminal complaint with the Internal Control Service of the Ministry of the Interior and a complaint with the Protector of Citizenship.
