This morning at 7:30 am, the police searched the apartment of the president of the Live for Serbia movement, Jovan Stojković, and her husband Vladimir, based on a court order, and because, as stated, fear and panic are spread.

Two members of the Service for Combating Organized Crime came to carry out the search, and the Stojković recorded it and broadcast it live on their Facebook page.

The police asked to stop the filming, but they, after a telephone consultation with their lawyer, refused, because he told them that they were in his apartment and that they could not bear any consequences for this.

He also warned them that the search must be accompanied by two witnesses, which is provided by law, because the police officers, as the Stojković say, wanted to do it without them.

“What do you expect to find in the apartment? Weapons, drugs. Have you ever searched someone’s apartment to cause fear and panic? You haven’t. They are behaving like we are criminals,” said Stojković, a prison doctor.

Jovana Stojković stated that the search is carried out because she advocates for freedom of choice when vaccinating children.

After the lawyer arrived at the apartment, he explained to the police that they could not prohibit the filming, but that, as a show of cooperation, when the official search with the two witnesses began, they would stop filming, which they did.
