That is, Nina struggled with a herniated disc for many years, which is why she was recently operated on and is now in the process of recovery.
After recovering from the virus, he was injured when he slipped and fell down the stairs, exacerbating his illness, for which he had to undergo surgery earlier than planned.
– The crown was the trigger for even bigger problems, and then I got injured recently. The operation was inevitable, now I am recovering. I had an endoscopic operation. So the cut is less, supposedly a faster and safer recovery. He leaves the hospital the next day. A few weeks of rest follow, followed by physical therapy. I will go to the spa soon – explained Nina answering the questions of her followers on Instagram and added:
– It should not be bent or twisted for a month after the operation. You don’t have to sit or walk for a long time. And I can still feel the flow of that nerve through my legs, but chances are high that the nerve needs to heal, because it has been under pressure for a year.
Then Nina described in more detail the problems she was having.
– I’ve been in trouble since I knew about myself. I am tall, I am not an athlete. My muscles don’t support my lifestyle. I work a lot, I move, I sit down. The life I lead is not conducive to the problem I have and it has become more complex over the years. I would have postponed the operation, but now I have made up my mind, because I have had a lot of pain and injury in recent months. I slipped down the stairs and apparently hurt my nerve even more. So the record leaked … That’s my guess. The two neurosurgeons I visited did not have the dilemma that I should operate – explained the presenter.
