Ivan Konti responds again: I am not that bully from Novi Sad, I just love my country

Conti told RTCG that he was attacked in Serbia that way only because they found his photos with the Montenegrin flag and cap.

Recall, a disturbing video from Novi Sad, showing a young man brutally beating another man, and then, while the beaten lay unconscious on the ground, breaking his arms, appeared on social media on September 11.

The identified perpetrator, Ivan Konti from Montenegro, who is being intensively searched by the Serbian police, has been the main subject of the Serbian media since the search was published.

However, a photo of another Nikian, Ivan Konti, who was neither guilty nor guilty of being attacked by the public, flooded the media.

Nikianin Ivan Kontić says that he was surprised by the whole situation, because the media marked him as an attacker, without first checking if it was really him.

Because of the unverified information and such wording, he says his reputation has been damaged and that someone will have to answer for that.

He allegedly received threatening messages and reported all this to the police.

“I did not care. Everyone told me, what is this, what is happening,” says Konti, adding that he received the support of friends and people who know him.

He also claims that a dozen media outlets published a photo of him, instead of a photo of another Ivan Konti, suspected of beating young people in Novi Sad.

It’s a shame, he adds, that none of the media invited him to verify the information.

“That they call me Milogorc, just because of the hat and the flag of the country that I love and in which I live, is a real shame. That was crucial, if it weren’t for the flag and the hat, there would be none of that, but I They strike only because I am wearing the Montenegrin flag and hat, ”says Konti.
